| On October 1, 2008, Andante Medical LP, a Delaware Limited Partnership purchased Andante Medical Devices Ltd of Omer, Israel, which now
focuses on Product Development and Manufacturing. Andante Medical also formed Andante Medical Devices, Inc. based in White Plains, NY to focus on Clinical Education, Sales & Marketing and Customer Service in the US and Canada. More than 30 independent sales representatives, as
well as several Physical Therapists, have since been recruited and trained to support the roll out of the SmartStep™ in the US and Canadian
markets.
